Intuitive Energy Healing
I am an intuitive master energy healer, with attunements for several reiki lineages. My healing sessions typically are 1 hour sessions in a relaxed indoor or outdoor nature setting. I create a sacred space for healing and incorporate sound, crystal, aromatherapy, and shamanic healing therapy calling in our higher selves to assist in healing.

Private / Group Yoga class
I am a certified 200 hr Core Power teacher trainer Vinyasa yoga instructor. My style of yoga ranges from restorative to strength training using weights. If desired, I also incorporate energy healing, breath work, and meditation. I have experience teaching yoga to all age groups, from young children 5yrs old and up, to elderly 75 yrs old.
